ROLE DESCRIPTION
Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in Livonia is seeking an outgoing Customer Relations Representative. You will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Compensation $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
