ROLE DESCRIPTION
Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in Livonia is seeking an outgoing Customer Service Manager. You will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance..
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
  • Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
